Accounts Orbit Privacy Policy

Accounts Orbit ("we", "our", "app") is a business management application for shopkeepers and contractors. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

Account: Name, email, username, password (encrypted).
Business data: Invoices, customers, inventory, expenses, projects, and voice commands you enter.
Device: Microphone access for Hindi voice features (only when you enable voice).
Payment: Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.

2. How we use data

To provide login, sync, billing, and reports across your devices.
To improve voice and AI features (when Pro/Business plan is active).
To send account-related emails (password reset, notifications).

3. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (MongoDB). We use HTTPS and industry-standard encryption for passwords. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AI voice parsing (optional): Google Gemini / OpenAI — only when you use voice/AI features

5. Your rights

You may request account deletion or data export by contacting us. You can stop microphone access anytime in Android Settings → Apps → Accounts Orbit → Permissions.

6. Children

Accounts Orbit is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
